hey i'm running an auto ecu with my 5spd swap i was curous if i disconnect the ATC(automatic transmission control ) i believe box next to ecu under passenger side dash would it do anything?

No effect on engine operation.

why would a 5 speed have any thing to do with a auto computer???? hell, why dont you disconnect it and try it out for yourself!

Not sure, I run an auto ecu on a 5spd as well, any particular reason you want to mess with something that isn't broke?
