Make sure you bleed the coolant system good or else it will just keep boiling over.
I have no idea about the HUD and digital speedo.

Replace the speedo and the hud but good luck getting one that works. Most of the time its just the connection. But I must admit its the worst designed thing on an s13. Every time Ive ever seen a for sale add for an s13 coupe it always states if the hud works.
