has anyone withdrew from this event yet?
im trying to withdrawal, but i am confused about the refund situation..
here is the email i got from Donald Ahn

"I'm sorry, we are not equipped to accept any additional funds, nor do we have the systems in place to issue a refund.

List will be sent tomorrow."

well how did they ACCEPT payment in the first place?

i guess there is a waiting list for people and will substitute my spot, but NCDA is not telling me how the refund process will work between me and the person substituting me....

i suggested having the person who wants to take my place Paypal me, then i will forward a proof of payment to NCDA, and now im waiting for a response

They can't do a refund cus they have to pay the track in advance, so they dont have any money to give you technically.

What happens is they send you the waiting list, you contact someone to take your spot, they pay you, you email NCDA and tell them who bought the spot, then that person brings proof-of-payment to the event.

Done.

all Donald said was that they will put out a list and mentioned nothing else, tahts why i was confused as how to get refunded
