Stereo Wiring fucked?

Bought a 95 S14 and it doesn't have a stereo its just empty I took apart the bezels and pulled all these wires out, half of them look cut apart and frizzled, is this still usable? It had a stereo when I first saw the car it was aftermarket.
To make it a bit. Easier for those helping me I circled the sketchy wiring, except for the black and yellow thing I just want to know if that has anything to do with the stereo.

The blue wire looks like it's aftermarket. You can buy a stereo adapter wire harness from Walmart it makes the install way easier. You just plug it into those 2 white plugs and wire it into the stereo harness

It is I think the cars wired for subwoofers I guess, there's cables and plug ins under the front seats and a frayed blue wire in the trunk along with extra white plug ins with the rear speakers
