Rod Bearings Loose During Assembly.

Hey guys. I'm rebuilding my KA, had a bad rod bearing. I replaced the bearings and noticed that they seem loose! Plasti gauge was within spec I believe. Is this just because there is little lubrication? I did use a little assembly lube. I'm really hoping that they aren't suppose to be oversized bearings. I've tried searching with no prevail.
