right low beam doesnt work

So Im new here and I'm hoping some of the electrical gurus could help me out . as stated my right low beam doesn't work. I've put in a new combination switch and a headlight timer and nothing. I've found out that there is no power going to the relay that is on the drivers side of the car that controls the right headlight.(the relays work) Been searching the forums and found other posts that were similar but didn't solve my problem so this is my last resort. I've been staring at the wiring diagram for a while now and nothing. would love the help because driving to my night class with one low beam sucksssss.

Stupid question, the bulb isn't burnt/broken is it? If it is in good shape then check the voltage going to the headlight. I'm pretty sure it's the P/B wire. Unplug the connector put the positive lead on that wire and the negative on a GOOD ground. Make sure your lights are on, or supposed to be on. Your voltmeter should read battery voltage. If it doesn't, then keep tracking the problem down that wire. If it does then your bulb is bad.

And your sure the actual headlamp isn't out? Maybe trying switching the lamps and see if that's the issue before wasting more time?

I've put in a new combination switch
by new, do you mean something you bought second hand, or new new ?

Because that typically is a combination switch problem. disassemble it, clean it, and you are done. It is quite easy to do.
