Exclamation No Spark Plug - Silvia 200sx

Hello friends!
My name is Fernando from Argentina, I have a Nissan Silvia S14 Zenki SR20DET LHD.

I have a big problem! The engine not start and I dont have spark.
I made this:

1. Check the ignition relay = WAS OK (next to the ECU motor, passenger side)
2. Check the ignition fuse 7.5A = WAS OK (fuse box, near to clutch pedal)
3. Continuity between fuse 2 and pin 43 of the ECU = WAS OK
4. I have 12 volts on the blue wire coils (I have new colis and new spark plugs)
5. I checked the injectors and CAS = WAS OK

I'm desperate because I do not know what else I can check.
Someone can help me?

Hello!

Yes! I just installed more than 4 ground. (intake manifold, head, engine block and behind the fuse box).

I dont have +12v on the ECU. (ECM)
PIN 49, 59 and 109 must have 12v. but I dont have it.
I checked everything. I do not know what else I can check.
I checked every relay and fuse.

I have +12v in the CAS and my 4 injectors.
But I dont have spark.
I checked the pulse injectors with a led light and it's OK (blinking) but I dont know why it does not start the engine.

Do you have any new idea?

if your fuses are good but you don't have power to the pins that need power i would try swapping relays with known good ones and if that still doesn't work then check the wire from the fuse to the ecm for damage

Yesterday I remove the CAS sensor, put the switch ON, and I did spin by hand but I cant hear injectors noices.
Fuel pump is activated when I spin by hand the CAS sensor.
