That's not right. I post about this at least a dozen times already.
Once again, for the 13th time: JDM 180SX front brake calipers are the same as USDM 95-99 Maxima and USDM 93-97 Altima. After you put JDM 180SX brake calipers on your car: if you have 4x114.3 4-lug bolt pattern, then you need 93-97 Altima discs. if you have 5x114.3 5-lug, then you need 95-99 Maxima discs. For pads, you can get Altima or Maxima from those years. The pads are the same on these models. |

I thought the 5 lug and brakes from a 300zx Z32 would be a strate bolt on.
I am going to the junl yard tomarrow. So, I need tho know which car to rob parts from. I know that is a common question. But I don't see a clear Tech article on it RIGHT IN THE FRUNT!!! For stupid people llike us who don't have the time to search threw 10Million post. |

i hope this post is the last thing ever to be posted about this topic. I dont see anything else that can be asked. This is the most detailed by mentioning the actual years/model of cars to look for unlike several posts that only say maxima/altima disc but from what year? Thanks CVcx i got all what you said.

89-99 (a31 & a32) Maxima Rotors Fit.
I believe i read that there is a need for a 3mm spacer between the hub and rotor w/ the altima rotors. SE-R Rotors from 00-03 fit w/ no gap. (4 lug if confused) Also if you still aren't sure look up the size in the brembo catalog Brembo - Aftermarket 2008 |

Also (years not specified since "hungover" = "still drunk" in function), 4-lug Sentra SE-R rotors will work with the Maxima pads and cure the need for the little spacer, according to hearsay.
And a question... If you went with 5-lug, why would you not have the calipers you needed to match rotors if you were changing?

finished the front. all you need was a 95 maxima if you are coming from a pre-180sx 4 lug rotor going 5 bolt disc. the pads that i bought also came from the same year but I never used it after discovering the Hawk pads used by the previous owner was still good but I am sure if i was to change that 95 maxima pads will fit. Wednesday im doing the rearconversion with Z32s using my old S14 SE rotors.

And not "breaks". |

I have a redtop 180SX front clip. I took the calipers off of the front clip and bolted them onto my S13. No spacer. Nothing. Everything was bolt-on. I ordered 95 Maxima pads and 95 Altima 4 lug discs. Everything bolted in. No gap. No pad overhang. Nothing. Everything fits. I can give you pix if you want. I don't know what other people are doing so don't ask me what they're doing. |
