KA24DE Timing
Ok so i replaced the headgasket on my ka and have started to put things back together. So far i got the lower timing chain on fine and set. The upper timing chain is where im running into some problems. I want to make sure everything is set. my two marks I made for the cam sprokets line up but i didnt make a mark on the idler gear that bolts to the head when i took everything off so i found instructions for a sr that said you could count the number of links between cam align mark to cam align mark and what not and was wondering if there is a same procedure for the ka. If not, can someone tell me how i can retime the cams to tdc. Thanks!
