2) z32 maf sensor w/o plug

4) ac compressor/pulley

I won't divulge his name, he is from NOVA, didn't seem like a tool bag.

lol yeah kid wont win...and if anything would probably only take you to small claims court at the most. bill of sale is a legally binding written contract that says he agrees to purchase the car as is....he doesnt have a case at all, so worst case scenario he'll be a pain in your ass until he sells it to someone else on craigslist

i am not sure who would win or lose. but if u are even thinking about doing it, i would stongly suggest that if you do give it back, give it back for the full amount. and try all over again.

Same thing happened to a guy who sold an SRT4 with some mods. This guy bought it, and two weeks later it was having problems, so he threatened legal action unless he got his money back. Any used car is sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated. Tell that guy hes SOL. He's just trying to scare you. He cant do shit.

That guy has no case, he signed a written contract (bill of sale) and knew the car was sold AS-IS. The guy must be from Northern VA, as its the only part of VA that does visual (i.e. EGR check) and smog testing. You can register the car, but only for 30 days until you can pass emission testing.

The kid pretty much wants to take the car for a joy ride and I think he is truly absurd....I wish I knew who this was.

Actually all private car sales are considered as-is even without a written contract. As a precaution though, for the past 5 years I've been using a highly detailed contract so if anyone did want to take me to court I have a contract that has initials & signatures but you really don't need one. I found it on the internet! Woo Hoo!
