Nerd moment:

I played Diablo 2 with Paul Walker a few times back in the day.

The one time I actually met him was at Long Beach GP a while back (5-6 years?) and we actually talked about it.

Can't say I ever was a huge fan of F&F growing up (although the last 2 were actually decent popcorn flicks IMO) but as a person he was pretty chill.

idk about the name, but that's a real good thing you did, if everybody adopted or pick up strays instead of buying, a lot less animals would suffer. Im from San Antonio Tx, so i know how bad it can get.
In other news, anybody heard about Paul Walker's younger brother Cody Walker? He may play his older brother's role as O'Connor to finish fnf7. They do kinda look alike, i read that he had even been working as his stuntman for these movies.

Lol there's no real way to send honorably Paul off in the next flick.. I was thinking today I assume they'll flip his car and he dies... (Han) Alot of "real" tear scenes.. I'm sure there are far to many actors in f&f now. Brain jerk.. Stathom kills Han and Brian, saving Dom who saves the day (we all know if there was choice it would be Dom dying for Brian and co. Ha) and they cry heroically, say their grace and hopefully never make another one.. Knowingly Studios was making 8. Rescript to another small town boy moving around abunch.. Never the less, ill be watching them to 10, after 10, I'm done.

After everything I looked up to Paul in a humble sort of way. Sad shocker he is dead.

I hear theyre going to auction off the all the cars too.
Locals should post up any news on that

Just through interviews ive watched, it sounds like the only reason they keep making movies, is because the actors want to keep cranking them out and theyre the ones walking directors/producers through how they do it. Maybe they'll all want out after this one.

diesel posted that the movie is coming out April '15 now instead of this summer. I hope that has more to do with rescripting conflicts then it does with trying to shut other powerhouse movies out. (Avengers, etc.)

Shame. The hasty 2014 release date is the reason why the franchise lost Justin Lin as the director in the first place. FNF6 had been in the theaters barely a week before the studio was asking Lin to have the next one out by next summer. He said it wouldn't be quality work and left the project.

With it being a 2015 release now, Lin could have stayed and taken the time to make it good. I'm just kinda sore because Justin Lin has been the director since Tokyo Drift. He's the one who saved the franchise from disappearing after the absolutely shitty 2nd movie and he's who made me believe that actual car enthusiasts were finally a part of the scripting/planning.

Damn,. I didnt know any of that. *sigh

...and about the cars gettin seized. Wouldnt they have done that already if it was a problem? Wasnt that why he had to get rid of the blue one?
Im sure money wasnt a problem, to find ones hed be able to keep. Didnt seem like he kept them a secret.

Just got my copy of the original Fast and Furious on blu ray from Amazon today and it already has the Paul Walker tribute video at the beginning! I'm impressed at Universal Pictures' promptness!
