My NEO starts fine when cold but as soon as I take her for a ride to work or to fill has she give trouble starting. Was wondering if is my starter.

So it doesn't crank at all?
If that's the case check to see if you have voltage at the starter solenoid. If you have voltage then you need a starter. No voltage, you have other issues (wiring, ignition switch, relay, fuse)
