I need the snap ring that holds the shifter into the trans. This is for a RB20 shifter and trans. The KA one is about 50mm outside diameter whereas the RB one is about 54mm outside diameter. My stock one was broken, the ears with the holes were snapped off.

Does anyone have a part number or interchange with US car?

i found some that worked at Ace hardware

Thank you, I wasn't sure if the thickness mattered. Ace has an awesome selection of bolts (compared to HD/Lowes), I thought they might have it but haven't had a chance to stop by there yet.

Did you have the same problem?

Don't know why the thickness would matter. All it does is hold the shifter in the trans.........

Did you need 2 seperate threads?
