Yea, shit looks just like a Prius. I'm sure it'll sell just as well if not better because it's going to be less expensive.

No that would be a Hydrogen vehicle like BMW's 7 series hydrogen car.
This is a hybrid electric vehicle just like the Prius.

It'll be another 10 years, but we'll start seeing those a lot.

It's a concept that the possible CRX will be based off of.

But the market now makes it a damn no brainer. 2011 is my guess. Not sure if it'll be a two-seater or not. The first gen Insight didn't do so well so my guess would be not. But maybe.

If you take off the rear tire covers it would look just like a modern CRX.

It's the shape it is because that shape is the most aerodynamic while still having good passenger room.
EDIT: Also what does the original insight's suspension look like? weighing less than a ton makes me curious as to how it would do if you swapped a b16 in it, lol.

Yep. The current Prius has one of the lowest drag coefficient of any car on the market.

Hell i don't know shit about honda's.
All i remember is being in a guy at schools civic and him revving to 9.5k, and me bracing myself for the explosion of oil and rods...that never came.

At the last AutoX event I did, a guy was racing an Insight. He had racing slicks on some steelies and was KILLIN. He was running way faster times then I was in my stock 240 on all season tires.

Insights can get EP3 front suspension and can handle K20 swaps and the chassis is all aluminum and weighs 1800lbs...
food for thought
