someone please ID this harness

its a grey 4 pin harness that is located underneath the pass side fuse box. it looks like it should plug into the lower engine harness but i have no plug that fits.

im currently doing a dohc to sohc swap, and without this plug in place the car doesnt even crank or click.

im using a sohc engine harness and a sohc lower harness. i dont have time to find a dohc lower harness, so does anyone know what this 4 pinner does?

okay, so i was doing some research and comparing a bunch of wiring diagrams i wrote down. heres what i found.

the body harness tucked away behind the battery in the pass fender has these 4 wires tucked away in there. (car was originally 1991 dohc)

yellow with blue stripe
red with blue stripe
black
2 brown wires

one of those brown wires are for the 02 power signal and the other is the wire i need to tap into.

in my sr diagram these wires are just chillin on the side with no home, so im guessing they are only specific to sohcs/dohcs, the dohc wiring that i had looked at does not have the red/blue, black, and one brown in it, so im guessing thats sohc specific.

can someone please chime in to make sure my rationale is correct. the last thing i need is to fry something right before we finish.

lastly, does anyone know exactly what these wires are?

yellow/blue
red/blue
black
brown
