J30 questions
Had a few questions for anyone who knew about the j30 vlsd. I had planned to change all the fluids in my 240 including the diff fluid and wanted to know if I would be fine with something like Mobil 1 75W90. People were suggesting either that or 80W90, but should I buy something with a friction modifier in the fluid or should I be fine with the Mobil 1 stuff. A friend suggested that AMSOIL 80W90 with slip lock additive works good but wanted to get some opinions on this. Thanks

The VLSD unit in the R200 is sealed, use normal gear oil in it when changing the fluid.
75w90 or 80w90 are pretty close, it probably doesn't make much difference what you use in it. (trans / engine / power steering are more picky)
