s13 with s14 sr20de swap

Hey all, i had issues with the fuel pump relay so I ended up hardwiring it (using a new relay of course). My question is, did the old fuel pump relay also provide power to the IACV? I found a few threads indicating a black/yellow wire at the relay controlled power to the IACV, but can't find a difinitive answer. I have a suspision that my idle issues might be due to the unplugged factory fuel pump relay, if this is the case, should i just wire the blk/yellow wire to get power with key in on position? . If this Any help would be great.
