hey i got a 97 240sx. it was a auto so i converted it to 5 speed (using a 5 speed ecu) it has a 91 ka in it but i swapped over all the components from the original motor. the tranny harness is the automatic one and the engine harness is also oem. the car runs fine, starts fine. but i keep getting a cel. when i pull it, its always P0335 which is the crank position sensor circuit malfunction. as soon as i clear it, it comes back. i already replaced the sensor on the tranny bell housing. ( i am using a s13 tranny but ive drilled out the hole and compensated for the rise using a washer). i have a fidnaza flywheel.
the car was slammed so the harness that runs in the driver fender well is a little exposed, nothing completely damaged. the tachometer also does not work. but everything else on the cluster works fine.
