RB20 Rough Idle

As soon as I start the car it has a good idle. Cold or Warm start, it dosent matter. However give the car a good 5 mins the vacuum tends to change. Starts from -19 to -18, then - 17 which starts the idle to get a bit rough then -14 immediatly and then it may die.

For the car to start, I have to add 27% more fuel using my safc at 1000rpms.

Ive checked grounds & vacuum leaks. Cleaned IACV, Changed my Maf, O2 sensor and Ignitor. A bit stumped as this problem just occured a while back.

Another thing is sometimes when I'm driving, it will act like my gas pedal does not work and the car will not rev at all. Then it will act back to normal. This is what made me think it was a vacuum leak but I cannot find any leak at all.
