Sr20det redtop s13 Boost issues

My car:
Sr20det (48k)
Walbro 255
HKS super SQ bov
Stock S13 Exhaust (big size difference from down pipe to small exhaust)
FMIC (recently done)
Stock turbo running 12 psi

Vaccum lines:
Top left nipple teed off to the FPR, BOV, and Boost gauge
Top right nipple: plugged
BOttow nipple: plugged
Wastegate to Hot pipe

It ran just fine and hit boost with SMIC but since the conversion i hit 1-2 psi. Once i hit 3000 RPM's i hear a lot of air coming out (someone said it might be the wastegate opening up when it shouldn't). I pulled the line running to the wastegate and hit boost alright, i didnt try going higher than 5 psi cuz i heard it's bad to run with the wastegate unplugged.

I tried to crank the arm on the Wastegate but it didnt help. im thinking about replacing it if there's no way to adjust/fix it. If i do end up replacing it, should i get the stock SR wastgate? or something else?

I also sprayed Carb and choke cleaner on all the couplers to see if there was a leak.. no such luck.

ALSO, the line on the BOV keeps coming off? i tried to JB weld.. still came off.

Get a different bov that doesn't have ghetto lines. Also you can temporarily remove it and put a plate to cover it or something.
Also and this is fucking crucial since you just replace every coupler in the system. Do a boost leak test. And report back the results immediately.

Edit: remove the fpr from the shared t fitting. Try and put it on its own vacuum source. If ur bov is tripping out it could be messing with the fpr too.
