"DTRL" fuse? - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

So I was checking all of my fuses by the drivers foot, near the clutch pedal. Anyways, I pulled the one for DTRL and I accidently broke the clip that te fuse goes back into.
I can't for the life of me think of what this controls. It wouldn't be "directional" because it is spelled differently and there is already a blinker fuse...

I plan on getting a "new" fuse panel at a junker becuase I don't know if I can repair that little clip. Is a fuse panel hard to replace in terms of wiring or does it have one of those neat little harness connectors?

Day Time Running Lamp?  I know you're not in Canada, but presumably they'd just not connect the DRL's for the US model but leave some of the wiring.

Does the car operate normally without it?

Yeah, I bet that is it. The car runs like shit, which is why I was pulling fueses <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

I think it is my starter though. New one goes in when I get home friday, assuming my car makes it 110 miles home.
Here is my "cig lighter" fuse that I broke while checking them. I didn't see the fuse tool until after I broke it.

I am conteplating a new fuse panel, but I just may try and fix it before I shell out the $20 at a junker.
