Microtech EFI Standalone System - LOW PRICE!
Microtech EFI LT units offers real time tunability combined with quality that surpasses its price. Microtech is also known for its user friendly software, install, and tunability.
Another major advantage of the Microtech is it's ability to use the factory engine sensors. No more drilling, tapping, modifying or making special brackets to fit aftermarket sensors.A job that is compulsory with almost all other aftermarket management systems. All units come with complete step by step wiring diagram and labelled wiring loom. Average person can install the whole kit in 3-4 hrs. Microtech is MAP based so it eliminates the restrictive MAFS. Simply run the included line to a vacuum source to the main unit. All units come with base map configured for its vehicle, which means no guesswork involved. Simply, after install, start the car and drive to the nearest dyno shop to get it tuned. Microtech LT-series ECUs offer datalogging with text and graphical displays. Also comes with auxilliary inputs and outputs. All LT's can be fined tuned either by the hand controller or by laptop making the system perfect for the 1st time tuner or the professional racer. Hmm not sure about this company but Standalone for little over 1g is a killer price. I would jump on this if I had got my motor done with turbo kit hehe. I don't want to jump ahead of my plan =).

Checked the site, doesn't seem to be a specific base map for individual vehicles but generic base maps for each type of engine (4 cyl, 6 cyl, etc).
Also, considering there are no plug-in harnesses, it would take a while (even w/ an fsm) to do the wiring, longer than 3-4 hrs for the "average person" imho. Has anyone set this up on a 240sx before? more specifically, ka24et? |
