Is there a way I could run my z32 mafs on the cold side of the intercooler? Like cut a peice out of my piping and use 2 couplers and put the airflow meter say a foot from the throttle body? The reason I want to do this is because I'm running a GT30r top mount and powerfc and i dont want to have to run an intake and stuff off the front of my turbo.

Yes, and I believe thats the best way too. You get better throttle response and you wont run overly rich if the Maf is after the bov.

Yes, and I believe thats the best way too. You get better throttle response and you wont run overly rich if the Maf is after the bov. Just make sure you have about 8" of straight pipe after the Maf and at least 4" of straight in front of it. Having a bend behind it distorts the signal and causes a rich condition. You can also benefit from not getting fan wash from it being right after the filter.

how would that ever be possible to have a straight after the mafs and before it with the wild curve into the throttle body? anyone have pics?

I'm gonna do it. if it sucks I'll just move it before the turbo eventually. see I don't have anything before the turbo right now.
so I'd actually have to start running an intake pipe if it doesn't work.
