Ok so im geting into my na build and im looking at trying to do a easy brake upgrade. I want some thing that has very close to same weight as the stock rotors so 300zx are out also I need it to be 4 lug. Is there any thing like that out there? Altima maybe?

I guess I could re drill do u know how heavy they are compared to 300zx? 180 I thought about but can't really get much info on them they are 5 lug?

180sx are 4 lug but have 290mm discs. They use maxima pads

on my s14 I use q45 redrilled for 4lug up front. Uses stock bmc, just need to cut or take out the splash shield and done.

I dont get what you are trying to do. you want a brake upgrade but try to save on weight, might as well leave on your stock calipers & rotors and upgrade to better brake pads.

The more weight on the rotor the slower the car will be im hoping to be around 200hp so I could use the savings to help me fend off those new civic si's. But I want better breaking cuz our stock brakes are scary. I have 300zx on my sr but they are to heavy for my slow ka

Just upgrade to ss lines, brembo blank rotors and hawk hps pads all around with brand new fluid. That's as good as you are gonna get without a bbk.

Wow. Ok FTR, you will NEVER notice the extra 5-10lbs those rotors will give you and then what, 8 extra lbs for the front calipers? Get the Z32s dont bitch out over 15-30lbs.

Get RPF1s and make up for the weight. Bam done.

Edit-Z32 calipers may be bigger, but get the aluminum ones. Hardly a weight difference.
