Cant get cam shaft bolt off

I taking my head off and was wondering how u take off the bolt on the top sprocket of the timing kit connected to the cams. As I turn it the engine just turnes with it so it doesn't losen. I tried putting it in gear because I heard that works but it still didn't budge. What I'm I missing here.

Look on the cam bro, between the first and second cam cap you will see a hex head, its like a 25 or 26mm. grab that with a wrench, and then use your other wrench (a 22mm?) to break the nuts off.

on the cam there should be a part that is machined in the shape of a hex head. its what he was refering to. just look closer and you will see it.

I just put a big adjustable on the hex on the cam and a 1/2" breaker bar, pull them together like a scissor.
