Polyurethane bushing install - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I'm looking to swap out most if not all of my rubber suspension bushings with polyurethane units most likely from whiteline, or possibly energy suspension (if they have a 240sx kit).

Is there an install w/ photos (I'm not too good with suspension component terms/names yet) somewhere on the 'net by any chance?
