Wow.. months turn into weeks and weeks into days. I guess I'll see you guys all there. Seems like everyone is so nice wanting to help out with the BBQ, anyone want to help me drop my rotary engine in my FD? I finished the rebuild but damn, dropping it in and putting all the freakin hoses back on will take awhile. Plus, there's the break-in period. damn! I guess no boosting for awhile.

Hey guys, well as everyone says theres only less than a week left for our big bbq meet. I can't wait. Remember to ask for Steven so i can give ya a sticker to write down your Online Name and your Real Name, so people well know who's who and stuff.
FCSilvia, i'll be glad to help ya! To bad you can't tow the car over to my house cause my dad can put the engine in the car within a day. But if you need help i'll come by a weekend and see what i can do to help ya.

'>   just need to wait 3 months so i can get discounts on stuff.  still didnt fix my over heating problem.  kinda weird now that i think of it.  when the meter is up on H i turn the heater on and it comes out pretty cold or outside temp.  im thinking its the temp sensor so im going to pick one up from work and see how it goes.  hey im interested in your struts if Cali doesnt pick them up.

BTW- im bringing my RC car out there, >=)  if anyone wants to race my rc car in their real car, i think i can give you a good run hahahaha

damn come to think of it i might end up working on the day of the meet =(  well ill see if i can stay for a little while to meet and greet people.

Hey fodive, we meet on Friday to get all the food and supplies taken care of, all right? How about 3:30 at the Albertsons on 46547 Mission Blvd? Second Mission Blvd exit (head East) on I-680 South, right after Automall/Durham exit. Albertsons is on the right side, near Longs Drugs and Denny's. I think this would be a good place, in case anyone else who's local also wants to show up, cuz it's right in between I-680 and I-880. Lemme know if 3:30 will work for you.

Yup. A red S14a with messed up headlight and hood. If I'm not at my car, I might be at the Starbucks in that area. Look for the guy who looks like an S14 owner.

3:30pm in Fremont?  I guess I'll be there since I live just off Dixon Landing.  Just look for a white FC3S.  You can't miss me.  Just listen for a low exhaust rumble but a loud overbearing blowoff valve.  That should be me.

Friday's meeting - Preparing for October 6
If you guys don't mind, let's push Friday's meeting to 5:00 PM. That way Josh can meet with us (we can wait at Starbucks or whatever else is around there) and I'll be able to finish some errands without rushing. :P

If Starbucks's parking lot has a lot of empty space, I guess we can park there. If it doesn't, then we'll just park at Albertsons' lot so we can all park together. (It's all within walking distance so doesn't really matter.)

Yup we are buying everything: food, drinks, utencils, wutever else comes to mind. Keep your receipts cuz we'll be reimbursed after the meet by people's $3 donations. Any profit from October 6 will be distributed to the 240SX and RX-7 clubs in proportion to how many of each cars show up. (Howz that sound Kevin? I dunno if that makes sense but hopefully you get what I mean.)

Steven, and anyone else who wants to bring stuff on October 6 to help out, go for it. :)

Mental note: get ribs.

Sorry to do this, but I have to ask everyone attending the BBQ meet to pay $5 for the food and drinks, instead of $3. At $3 per person, we're definitely going to end up with a negative balance, so please contribute $5 if you'll be eating. (Even at $5 we might not make any profit.) If you're really hungry at the meet and really can't afford $5, don't worry about it. We won't kick you out or anything. Just pay what you can.

I went to the meeting place today just make sure i can find the place with a map. Went there about 2 pm. Circle around once and left. There were many elderly seniors. Parking spaces were not plenty. Wonder what kind of people will be there. It's my first 240 meeting and I'm little nervous cuz I don't know any of them. I will go by my own. Greet me if u guys see me. Bad news guys.  its a sad day for me.  i went out and drove my car about 2 in the mourning and smacked into a curb at like 50mph.  =\  the good news its its only my RC car hahaha did i have you going?  anyways yeah i broke my upper and lower suspension arms on the left side so i guess i cant make any noise when i get there.  what time should i go there cause i wanna help out.  steven what time you think youll be there?

That way Josh can meet with us (we can wait at Starbucks or whatever else is around there) and I'll be able to finish some errands without rushing. :P If Starbucks's parking lot has a lot of empty space, I guess we can park there. If it doesn't, then we'll just park at Albertsons' lot so we can all park together. (It's all within walking distance so doesn't really matter.) Yup we are buying everything: food, drinks, utencils, wutever else comes to mind. Keep your receipts cuz we'll be reimbursed after the meet by people's $3 donations. Any profit from October 6 will be distributed to the 240SX and RX-7 clubs in proportion to how many of each cars show up. (Howz that sound Kevin? I dunno if that makes sense but hopefully you get what I mean.) Steven, and anyone else who wants to bring stuff on October 6 to help out, go for it. :) Mental note: get ribs.

Went there about 2 pm. Circle around once and left. There were many elderly seniors. Parking spaces were not plenty. Wonder what kind of people will be there.
