My 91 s13 has a Hicas system. I have an rb20 swap, with no power-steering.
I want to get rid of the Hicas to get power-steering.
How do I do it?

you gotta swap the sub frame IIRC or the axle or something from the non HICAS model

yeah its a pita, just find a shell and swap everything over....then you never have to worry about anything again....lol

hicas delete is actually not too bad.

the onloy thing you really need is a hicas delete bar that you install replacing the hicas steering rack. everything else from there is just unbolting and taking out to save you some weight.
