just picked up a automatic trans 240sx 1998 that has a issue with staying in overdrive, from what I have been told its common for speed sensor to do this.. anyone have a clue whats going on. 155k miles, if you set cruise it will stay in 3rd gear.... sets a over drive code and doesnt have a cat so it sets that code too.. is it possible it wont go in to overdrive with out being in closed loop?
