Is it legal to have tubes for a front and rear bumper. I would really want to do the front so I can fit chasebay ticked rab, intercooler and keep my A/C. If anyone knows anything thanks for helping.

I believe it is I have tube bumpers and sliders on my 87 pathfinder and haven't been bothered in CA.
