I wish their was some way that girls would be given a type of birth control when they are born making them not have kids till the age of atleast 18. This would solve so many problems countries have.

This is why they should seriously stop having welfare programs. With the octuplet mom and millions of other people that can't support being a parent, getting rid of welfare programs will make people think twice before having unprotected sex or reproducing without thinking of the repercussions. That's just my opinion. If i had it my way, I would get rid of any govt assistant program ever made.
