5mm spacer and 215 or 225 width tires, also you dont really need to run extended studs with 5mm spacers. (up front)

Rear u really dont need a spacer if you dont run too wide a tire. (235 or 245)

Damn I have 235s on the front and 265s on the back. So I guess with spacers the rear will clear and the front is questionable?

it really depends at that point with the front coilovers design of the lower bracket Tein flex/ HE i've seen clear with 18x8 +35 and 235/40ZR18 but Apex-i n1 pro coilover i've seen not clear with 17x8+30 w/ 235's. For your case i'd just play it by ear and try to fit them but buy 5mm spacers incase just for the front. www.wheelchoice.com sells nice ones from GTO versus the 5 dollar tire shop ones. IF u are really worried just get 10mm spacers with studs on them.

With 235's I doubt even with a 5mm it will clear, but it might.
