So I recently rebuilt the bottom end of my 95 KA24DE, with the AMS rebuild kit, the car is an 89 240sx hatch with battery relocation to the hatch. When we pulled the engine the car ran fine, with just some small vaccum issues but never had a problem starting, ever. Put the engine back in, hooked everything up as it seems to go, and won't get spark at all but does get fuel. Replaced the external Accel super start coil, and it gets power (test light), borrowed a distributor from a friend and replaced rotor and cap, got code 21 and replaced ignition control module with a brand new one, already has brand new NGK Iridium plugs and NGK plug wires, and installed a brand new Z32 Fuel filter. Checked all fuses and relays, replaced a bad one (not sure which one it was), and still nothing. Also kept the battery hooked up to a charger. Cranks all day, just no spark. Can anyone think of anything? The only thing I can think of is wiring, but I can't seem to find a decent wiring diagram, if someone could link me to one that would be awesome.

reset your timing. I had the same problem with my ka-t when i installed it. the timing has to be perfect especially if you have a rom tune. also pull your fuel pump fuse and crank as im sure you are flooded like a champ now. just make sure that everything is perfect timing wise. ACCEL IS TRASH.
