WTB :: S13 Clock spring reel for HICAS
I am looking for this part from an 89-93' S13 HICAS equipped model. It might be referred to as a 'clock spring reel' it houses the mechanism for the horn and steering speed sensor in HICAS cars.

Please refer to pictures. PM for fastest response

Please let me know, I am very interested if the part is 100% intact. Someone installed an aftermarket hub on my HICAS S13 and messed up this piece in the process. Trying to return everything to working condition.

Not a fan of HICAS anyways. If I were you, remove it. It's what I did. I'm sure it's what everyone does. But yeah, I'll have my wife take a look. I'm deployed or I'd do it for myself. Have a price in mind?
