I've got a SPEC Stage III, 4 puck sprung disk. If you want driveability I'd say def. get a spring disk. My clutch has a relative ease of engagement and it's holding power at 7psi so far...

The 6 puck is a little too much clamping power for Street use. If you are putting out fairly large amount of power and drag race then its a good clutch. I personally dont have an aftermarket clutch on, though I have an ACT street and 6 puck kit in my garage ready to go whenever the stocker goes.

I have the 6-puck unsprung disk. It's pretty harsh. Also, the SPEC clutches are supposed to hold a lot more torque on the SR then they do on the KA. Don't know why, but that's what I have found so far.
BTW, when you say Det's guys, that's pretty generic. I thought maybe you wanted to know KA stuff since that's what I have. Try being a little more specific. if you had just said SR guys, that would work. Everybody on this board considers the word SR to mean a RWD SR20DET anyway.
