Seatbelt problem. Doesnt move and sensor is on.

I have a 1990 Nissan 240sx Hatch. My seatbelt wont work. It is in a position where it is right before the locking point if it was working. It is stuck in the position for both sides. Also, the seatbelt sensor on the gauge cluster keeps blinking. What could this problem be?

There's another thread about this right now.

Take it to the Nissan dealership to have it fixed, or put in some manual seatbelts!
