coilovers question
i finally got the money to buy a coilover for my s13. but im not sure which one im goin to get . so my question is which coilover is the best out there in the market that you could get for around $1100? this is for street and track use .

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF NICO OR 240SXFORUMS !!!!
I just lost $800. Buy the PBM from them so its not a rip off.

that doesnt help the OP what so ever... I mean, you don't even state why? was it from a member or a vendor? because if its a member, you might as well say "don't buy shit from the internet"
I'd say go Stance. They're inverted monotube and come with 2 set of springs, both of which are probably more comforable/streetable than PBM's set up. KTS coilovers are also a recommendation. Both are great entry level coilovers are great prices.

the stance is what im thinking right now. but what do you guys think about apex N1 ? A friend of mind has it and he said works really great. just need little more info before getin one .

i say go stance. i have driven a few s-chassis on stance its great. i have stance on my daily driven SC300 right now and great. its firm but not too stiff. my buddy has zeal and its just way too much for a mostly street car.

I've got apexi N1 damper pros. super stiff, have had them for 3 years..wouldn't recommend them for the street but i'm too lazy to change them..haha

some people are so stupid
DG5? yea that is over twice his budget kei office? those are discontinued... i would go with GR+ Pro's i have some and i like them a lot, i got mine for $1,250 or so, i think they might be cheaper now. but i'm not sure. |
