FS: 1995 240SX with SR20DET. Clean Title and Well Maintained.
Up for sale is a 1995 Nissan 240SX in very well maintained condition with currently 126K on the chassis. It was purchased from the original owner in 2002 with 116K on the chassis. A few months later after being purchased is when the transformation began beginning with swapping the motor to a SR20DET S13 blacktop engine. Additional features include 5Zigen Exhaust, Greddy FMIC, HKS blow off valve, Z32 MAF, upgraded ignition, APEXi Power FC engine management ECU with new updated power commander, DEFI boost and EGT gauge, HKS boost controller, Greddy turbo timer, JIC coilovers, Z32 brakes and rotors, short shifter, and solid mount bushings. All these upgrades were done back in 2002-2003. The car than sat stationary for approximately for 13 years due to my friend relocating overseas permanently. The vehicle only put on roughly 9K during between the first 1.5 years of operation. Back in late 2016, I picked it up and began the revival process of this vehicle.
All the fluids were flushed and changed including oil (Royal Purple) coolant, brakes (ATE), diff, tranny (Redline), hoses, fuel filter and related lines, ignitor, coil pack, injectors blueprinted and flow tested by RC engineering, new Power FC commander, new ROTA grids with Yokohama S Drive tires, new Exedy Stage 1 clutch. All work was performed in January 2017 by Blacktraxx Performance. Over $5K recently invested in parts, labor, wheels, tires, etc. to bring it back into fresh running condition. No dents on the car other than a small door ding. The front and rear bumpers have some fading present, and some scratches on the bumper. Paint can use some work but plenty good to enjoy it as is. The interior is clean and the dashboard remains intact with no cracks. The vehicle starts right up each time after a few cranks and runs smoothly. Always ran the car stock boost at 7PSI. I acquired this vehicle with the intention to track it but haven’t had the time or effort to do so it has been sitting in my garage for the past year and half. Less than 700 miles have been put on this car since I took over 1.5 years ago. You will be hard pressed to find a vehicle in this clean condition inside and out that has not been abused. All the parts to the car are high quality from respectable tuners back in the glory import days of early 2000. This is the perfect ride for the true enthusiast seeking a lightly modified 240SX that is thoroughly refinished and ready to enjoy as a street car or track duty. Asking price is $10,500 obo.
