Some people seem to know other people.
I think you know where I'm going with that.

you dont even have to know anyone, at least in NC. you just go to a place like quickersticker and they usually dont know the difference. also, you may not even have to pass emissions anymore

Where are you going to be moving to? I know I am registered in Alabama (no emissions testing up there) but also live in a county that does not do emissions (the same goes for the surrounding counties.)

I'm in Athens (where Univ. of Georgia is) and we don't have emissions from what I've seen. My parents live in Warner Robins and Macon (two of the bigger cities) and they don't have emissions either.

the only counties in GA that require emissions testings are the 13 metro Atlanta area counties. check to see where your mom lives and someone will let you know...
edit...i see you said Hiram...and i'm 99% sure theres no emission testing. hiram is a bit more than 40 minutes...a boonie town |

I am a GA Emissions Inspector. In GA they dont req the inspectors to know which enigne is in there! What are you running under the hood! If you have a SR then you have to be out side the 13 county!
