Why wouldn't it? It's a space saver wheel. If you have any doubts just compare tire size.

You could have easily answered this question on your own.

I don't think the SE spare will fit, but I have never actually tried. The hole in the S14 is bigger than the hole in the S13, but I'm retarded so what do I know.

I have an SE spare wheel I can grab for you off of my buddy's car. I'll even try to fit it into an S13 for you. PM me if interested.

WHY DON'T YOU JUST DRILL YOUR 4 LUG TO 5 LUG IT CAN BE DONE IF THERE IS METAL THERE AND IT WILL BE SAFE, I don't know of hand how the wheel mounting surface is but if it's flat and doesn't have many holes around it then just drill it

domeme, your mind is lazy as shit bro. Honestly, g6civic just mentioned he has a spare. The first thing that should have come to you was to ask him for the tire size on that spare. This way you could compare it to an S13's spare.

Ken, please post the size of the tire. I'll compare it with my S13 spare that I have in my storage closet.

What thread are you reading? You surely didn't answer this one.

Also, this is not a "tech talk" question, so I will move this thread to Chat instead.

Q45 Spare.

-5 Lug
-Fits over my wilwoods with a 5mm spacer
-Lightweight aluminum
-1/2" Larger dia. than my 275/40/17 so you don't have to worry about your car being even lower with it on
-Fits nice and snug in the spare well of my s13 coupe
-Also with the cardboard cover and carpeting/soundeading in the trunk is level with the spare in.

Basically perfection for a spare, besides the spacer part.

Is it that hard to understand what I was saying. He has an S13 spare and wants to replace it with a 5 lug spare, he is choosing the S14 and is concerned about fitment. My answer is drill the 4 lug S13 wheel to 5 lug and you have your fit in the trunk.

That's a nice option. I'll be looking for next time I go to the junkyard.

Stock tire size on that is 135/90-16. A bit to tall for an S-Chassis.

Think about it like this. If the kid can't even figure out if the S14 wheel will fit how do you expect him to even come close to doing what you just described.

Also, that isn't the info he requested.

I was bored at work today so decided to download the S14 FSM and give you some information that should help you out doMEme.

Stock Spare for S13:

15X4T, 16X4T

T125/70D15 (21.9")
T135/70D16 (23.4")

Stock Spare for S14:

15X4T, 16X4T

T125/70D15 (21.9")
T135/80D15 (23.5")
T125/90D16 (24.9")

Honestly, if you can't figure out the answer now or a solution you should sell your car and ride the short bus everywhere.

You kinda just contradicted yourself here, as I'm sure there isn't much difference between the size of those tires. And yeah, I picked that spare up for $8 at the junkyard

Like I said it may be 1/2" larger diameter than the tires I have on the car, but with how low I am it's a good thing as I wouldnt want to be running around on some compact spare scraping stuff.

How did I contradict myself? It's 25.6." That is too tall for S-Chassis. 24.9" is the same size as the stock 205/55/16 tire size used on S14 SEs.

Also, a 275/40/17 is almost identical in diameter as a 135/90/16. How is it that you have 1/2" difference in tire size between the two?

It may be 1/2" it was close not exactly the same size and it has been a couple months since I stood them up to one another.

Basically I don't see why a 1/2" dia larger matters that much when the s13 spare is 1.5"-3" smaller than my tires, given the sizes you posted.

For some it may or may not matter. Posted numbers and they show it's a bit to tall.

Why argue with a fact? I never mentioned it would be a bad thing. Just posted as a courtesy to those who prefer to run a tire setup that matches OEM. The tire you're running is tall for an S13 as well so not certain why you even bring that up.

A 275/40/17 is 25.7" and the Q45 spare is 25.6." Unless you're actually running a different tire size then the ones posted I don't see how you could have a 1/2" difference.
