Also, you're not having an 'issue' with your user name (ex. your profile going to someone else's), you just want to change it. There's nothing wrong with it.

Honestly what does it matter? This site has way to many people that are always just trying to correct people. Thank you for answering and thank you for putting it in the correct place but come on people... Yall act like it the difference between life and death if someone gets something wrong on here. Do I need to read a book on how and where to post on here?

Read the stickies a the top of most sections. It will make life a lot simpler for you when it comes to this website.

The payments page says the username change is for 1 day. Is that accurate?

I'd like to change mine permanently, I don't like this name.

The other subscriptions have defined time limits, whereas name changes don't, so it says "one day," but the change is permanent.
