I.c.e. Help
Ok so I'm not new to this zilvia, but hardly post. Recently purchased a pioneer avic n2 flip up head unit. And have installed it on my s14. Couple probes I ran into. I'm by no means an audio guy.
1. One wire goes to Vss. Or speed pulse line. Where would I find this wire to be tapped into 2. The unit gets power. But when car turns off, then back on it resets all settings. 3. The safety wire for brake just saddles on the green wire coming from the brake switch. Any help would be amazing. Since unit did not really come with installation directions. Thanks all. |

You should've gotten the wire harness sold at any wal mart auto parts stores, you wore the radio with that harness and just plug it in to your factory harness and bam, as for the brake safety wire I think you can just ground that and that way you car watch videos as you're driving ( I know "not safe" ) blah blah blah, your memory wore isn't connected or it's not connected right that's why it's not saving your presets and stuff
EDIT why do you need to connect the wire to the vehicle speed sensor (VSS)?? |
