Haha.. so I had my dash out for a couple days, and theres currently no engine in the car, but I put the dash back in hooked up the instrument cluster and everything and put a battery in it to see if everything still functioned.. Anyway, the ignition doesnt shut off, seems that acc is constantly on and when i turn the key to on the back wiper does 1 rotation.. i think its possessed.

Car is a '90 s13 hatch

you probably just have some wires that are touching or something unless you actually believe your car is possessed lol if i were you i would go through and check all your wiring

or get new harnesses from a junk car.

check your grounds. look at the FSM and make sure you didn't miss any.
