KA24DE engine RPM Problems

So here is my hesitation problems I've been having ever since I swapped my s14 KA into my S13. I'm currently running no knock sensor(Cracked and harness was bad) Replaced fuel filter swapped fuel pressure regulators. Could this be my pump? Only codes my ECU is throwing is 34 and 14 (Knock sensor and speed sensor) Starting to piss me off.

could be the pump, is it old? idle sensor? i believe speed sensor is required no? could cause your ecu to not allow for proper acceleration.

Sorry should have been more clear. It's a 91 5-speed. Completely stock except for the fact I put a s14 KA in it. The one I bought it with had rod knock. It had sat for almost 2 years before I got my hands on it and got it fixed so yes pump is stock all the way from 91 and I've heard about so many people not running the speed sensor and mine isn't unplugged it'll just go in and out.

Also the 4th and 5th and reverse sensors are all unplugged if that makes any difference.

No the tps hasn't even been touched. I don't think its the tps because the longer I drive it the less rpms I'm able to reach. I can't even get to 7k under no load sometimes just revving.

Have you checked your fuel pump?

No I haven't been able to yet. I have to check my fuel pressure correct? Or is there another way to check the pump?

Alright, so last night I figured something out. I can't get past 4-5k when I'm going more than 30% throttle. But. If I keep it below that I can easily get it past that. Hoping that helps point something out.

Always check your 3 main things fuel, air and spark. Def start by checking your fuel pressure.

I cant help with your current problem but I just wanted to give you a heads up your car will be super slow with no Knock sensor. Mine had a "Vtec" feeling and would basically be super slow until after 4500RPM.

Okay so quick update. I just installed the new knock sensor. Took me 4 freaking hours but I finally got the bitch. Now even though I got it on there it's still throwing the code. Yes I did reset the ecu for codes. I've read some things that it could be my neutral safety switch. But this car is a stock 5 speed. Neve been converted from auto. So it makes no sense to me. Now all my sensor along side my transmission are f'd up from the shitty tranny rebuild that the guy before me did. Could that be it?

My pump I believe has basically gone out on me. On my way home from Moore Norman I was going down the highway and I could only give it 1/4 of throttle otherwise it would hesitate really badly. I topped out at 70 drove at that speed for about 3-5 min and then it just stopped. The car started slowing down drastically. Made it to the shoulder and the second I got there the car just shut off. I tried to start it and it wouldn't start. So my friend and I just sat there for about 10 min till I tried to start it again. This time it started up right away and since I was right in front of the exit ramp I wanted to get off of the highway. I made it to the intersection and then it died again. I got it to start again and this time it ran so bad. Wouldn't go over 2.5 k with the throttle all the way down. I had to pump the clutch to try and get it over the bridge into a parking lot. This is when I called work and then had to wait for 2 hours for my dad to come tow me home with his truck. When I got home I took my little truck and picked up a fuel pressure gauge. Did the test and it was honestly really weird.

Pressure was right at 42 with the vacuum hose off of the fpr. With it on it was at first at about 32. After about 10 min of the car running it slowly dropped to about 28 when gas at WOT was given it would drop to about 22 - 24. Then all of a sudden at idle it dropped all the way to 14 and I was waiting to see if it would drop to zero and just kill then engine. Then it just jumped back up to 28 again. Since I already swapped out the fpr and have a brand new fuel filter I'm guessing it's the pump also because you can barely hear it prime anymore when I turn the key to on. It used to be alot louder. So I'm just waiting till Thursday to get paid and then I can buy a new pump to put in and hopefully fix the issue.
Just let me know what you guys think.
