I need a new MAF for my stock 95 240sx and I cannot afford the $400 for a new one from nissan. Rockauto has a Cardone for about $100. Will these work properly?

Also while searching ebay for a used one I come across ones pulled from an Altima that say they work but do they work properly? The number on these used ones usually end in GA1.

Yes they will, they are remanufactured. Check advance and see if it works and return it if it doesnt fix your issue.
