indash LCD hookup

so i tried to hook up my clarion vrx 610 indash LCD along with a seperate dvd player that sits under my seat.all the wiring seems to be pretty straight forward.so i go ahead and just figure it should be the same hookup as a normal deck, there are the same red, black, yellow 12v+, ground, acc wires for the dvd player, then a normal wiring harness for the tv.so i hook everything up together and try it out and it keeps blowing fuses.now ive done some searching and it seems i need to wire either the tv and seperate dvd player into the fuse panel????i cant find anything about how to do this.anyways i want to hook everything up so that the sound is played through my head unit and the rest of my system. i can take pics of everything including wiring harness' if someone needs them. Any help would be muchly appreciated, thanks Graham

blowing fuse is usually a short somewhere. Recheck, and double check connections. You'll find it.
I think this should be in Tech section btw.

get a test light for 7.99 (if u dont already got one) and procede to test every connection that you think is correct.
Also what size is the fuse???
I mean if you are blowin 1A fuse, I wouldn't be surprised.
if its a 30A on the other hand........................... well, at least ur car's not on fire yet.
