A how-to guide to installing a pignose lip on a chuki bumper
Okay, I know this topic has been searched for and discussed way to many times, and I have never really seen a guide with pictures for people to look at on how-to install a piggy lip. I recently repainted/repaired a crack on mine and figured I'd take pics for people who are curious on how to mount it. Just another FYI for people mounting one for the first time, the lip rides on the outside of the chuki bumper all the way around. Hope this helps a few people...

At least he's doing something constructive. Yes it's something that should be so easy to do it doesn't require a write-up. But there will still be idiot n00bs asking how to do it. Now we have another place to direct them. That goes for everyone else coming in here just to talk trash.

good write up for noobs. folks on here tend to forget forums are for people with little to no knowledge of their car. . . we're supposed to help the beginners, remember?
some people just arent gifted with mechanical abilities, but are willing to do the work if you give them some pictures to look at. you never know, it may cause an unsure noob to continue trying stuff to the point he can one day do all the fab work on his own car. . . thats how i started out 13 years ago when there were no forums. |
