Okay, reason why I am making this thread is to give out information to some people that may know or may have heard about Aero-K bringing in a container from Japan with brand new exclusive parts to be available here in the US.

I haven't advertised here yet or anywhere else in the matter because I have been waiting patiently and my patience is running out. The container order was placed when i flew to Japan back in March of 08, visiting DrivingSPORTS Japan and meeting Kawabata san for the second time. We visited companies such as R.Y.O, Works9, Supermade, G-Corp, etc....to sign a deal to have the right to sell their parts exclusively in the South East region. Everything was signed and all companies were happy and the first order was placed.

A few people on this forum had contacted me by PM regarding certain things that were needed for their cars. I had given the option to pre-order what was needed since the container had not left Japan yet and the parts could be stored in and sent with our parts. So some of you, no names, sent me deposits or full payment on certain things that needed to be ordered, and were sent to DrivingSPORTS for delivery with the rest of the container.

Reason I am saying all this is because I really do not want to start trouble and have people think we are full of it. THIS WILL NOT BE A GHOSTDANCER ORDEAL....I PROMISE YOU THAT.

In fact, the reason why the first order has been delayed for so long is because of (1) mis-communication with companies, (2) Kawabata san being tied up with D1GP, or J-cup and MSC, (3) small factories taking a while to process a huge order, and (4) Kawabata san not knowing how to speak fluent english and using Stephen from Skay, LTD. to help out for our case and other's that were effected by Rick from Ghost Dancer in the past.

We have placed two huge orders on this container and they are R.Y.O and Works9. R.Y.O has delivered the parts on time but Works9 hasn't. Works9 had put everything aside to work on our major order.

I gave Japan a call last night and gave them shit because I feel as if I am in trouble with a few customer's that have pre-ordered parts and still haven't received anything. Just so you guys know, I am doing my best to get this resolved. We had come to an agreement with DrivingSPORTS to send out the parts that were pre-paid early through EMS and they said they would, but now when i spoke to them last night, they told me their was a MIX UP and its still in OSAKA. I went crazy, giving reason after reason to a customer and having them wait is starting to get to me. I don't like doing business that way.

We were hoping that we would advertise on here and a few other forums about 1 month ago because these parts should of been here by now, unfortunately it has not happened. That is why I am somewhat of a bind at the moment with DrivingSPORTS Japan. Mis-communication is shitty and it is affecting the way we wanted to start business.

Here is Stephen's email as a proof of why stuff isn't here yet. I want to share it with you guys because I am not a liar nor a thief of any sort. Aero-K Garage, Inc conducts good business and is well known on our side of town, but this will bring up negative comments about the company and i don't want that. Here is his email to me:

let me know when you get this and I`ll try and call.
Firstly, this is not a Rick situation and I`m doing the best I can.Please don`t put me in same sentence as that idiot.
I finally got a hold of K san today and as follows;

Expressed parts - These were sent over a week ago to JTB Cargo and I tried to get confirmation many times as you know and couldn`t.I hear today that due to some mix up, parts are still in Osaka waiting to be shipped.K san says these will either go out tonight or tomorrow and he will send tracking number to you.

Works parts - K san wasn`t able to secure a truck last week and is doing so tonight so he will be picking up parts within next couple of days.I`ve asked him to confirm this with you , take pictures, get decals, etc.

Manifest - I reminded him again today about the necessity of this for you and he apologized and has said he will get parts confirmed and list sent to you very shortly.

Let`s try and have a chat before I take off and there are frustrating delays but there is nothing sinister going on.
I hope the fact that we have helped with sponsorship for Team Aero-K and come over to Miami shows the importance we place with doing business with you and helping establish a name and presence for both you and us in the US!
As I said this morning, please email K san directly with any questions, etc you have until next Tuesday and I`ve asked him to email and stay in touch with you while I`m gone.I`ll be touching base with him from Europe and will stay on your case from Norway.

Just got off the phone with Raffi earlier. He sounds like a very honest guy and is willing to help all of us. I understand the situation he's in right now and the lack of communication to the people in Japan. I'm one of the people who has pre-ordered parts. I'm sure K san and everyone else in Japan will pick up their slack and start to ship things over soon. Let's hope everything goes smoothly from here so we can get our parts soon.

If you need another contact, I have a really good guy that we get 1 container each month from... He deals with Amuse, Ings+1, Next Miracle X Bars, and a lot of other vendors.... Basically he is a middle man that arranges all the freight and stuff....

Raffi isnt here to fuck anyone, he is one of the most honest people I have met. Rest assured he is exhausting every option he has to get this resolved.

Thanks Loi, trust me when i say this, you along with the others that i have spoke to are my first priority. I need you guys to be happy cause then in return make me happy that Aero-K was able to satify their customers and keep the business going strong

We don't have any Rocket Bunny on this container, although the second one will be full kits and extra stuff 6666 garage makes, the deal has been signed already. But i do have to say, wait till you see on banner and see us as an advertiser on here along with our Grand Opening. Then we can talk about what you need, I really do not want to get in trouble with the Mods since I am not an advertiser yet.....
