Who makes the best bang for the buck s13 to s15 conversion kit?

I would like to do this but don't wont to run into any major hickups.

Actually, he is lucky that I am too lucky for the tattooo parlor to do the idea that I have had in my head and on my computer for about 9 months now, otherwise I would be there and not hete, at home on the computer right now...
