I know this is dumb, but I can't seem to find the fuse number for the clearance light on the bumper for a pignose s13 hatch. The odd thing is that the blinkers, (same lights and bulb as the clearance light) work fine. But when I turn the headlights on, the left clearance light wont turn on. I currently think this might be a fuse issue, but i'm up for suggestion.

Check your wires, Take the bulb out and clean the socket for corrosion, and try a new bulb
